Elaine Kung, MD
Dr. Kung, a native of New York City, graduated from Yale University with a bachelor of science in biology, magna cum laude, and Phi Beta Kappa. She continued her medical education at Yale School of Medicine and completed her residency in dermatology at University of Chicago Medical Center. During her final year of residency, she served as Chief Resident and received numerous awards for her research in tissue engineering, including the Young Investigator Award from the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and one of the Grand Jury prizes from the 21st World Congress of Dermatology. Due to her comprehensive training, she enjoys practicing pediatric, medical as well as procedural dermatology. She has always had an appreciation for aesthetics with her love for fashion and her participation in the Miss Hong Kong Beauty Pageant.
