Lincolnshire , IL – July 2007 – Skinfo® Specialty Skincare Boutique has expanded to a prominent retail location at City Park Complex, a mall with unique stores in a quickly growing north shore suburb of Chicago Taub , nationally known board-certified dermatologist and faculty member at Northwestern University, skinfo® offers a unique solution for the general public to address their skin concerns. Licensed Estheticians and Cosmetologists, personally trained and supervised by Dr. Taub , provide extensive skincare consultations to develop custom regimens.
The Skinfo® Specialty Skincare Boutique opened its original location in May of 2003 within the Advanced Dermatology practice on the second floor of the City Park Complex. As a unique retail concept featuring professional skin care products not available in traditional retail outlets, skinfo® quickly became known as the premier location to receive high end skincare direct from expert professionals.
Skinfo® features an extensive collection of the most effective products for acne, rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, preventive aging, lightening, moisturizing, and pampering. Product selection is designed by skin condition and goals, rather than by brand, to assist in distinguishing which products are best identified with treating specific skin concerns. Skinfo® was founded initially as a website (www.skinfo.com) by Dr. Taub in 2000 who has been in private practice since 1989. Dr. Taub incorporated the Skinfo® boutique as part of her private practice, Advanced Dermatology, to provide a physical retail space to complement her website and provide greater access for her patients to purchase these high quality products. Her goal is to provide her patients with accurate information and a reliable source for professional skin care products.
