Cosmetic Consultations in Chicago

Cosmetic dermatology, laser services and healthy skincare are the most effective ways to enhance your natural beauty and to prevent further skin damage.

Advanced Dermatology offers consultations for all cosmetic and laser procedures and skincare offered at our office and at skinfo® Specialty Skincare Boutique.  A consultation includes a complete evaluation of your skin history, depicting your skin care concerns and goals, and a treatment and skincare regimen based on those areas evaluated. The treatment and skincare options will be described in-depth to you by one of our Chicago cosmetic consultants so that you understand all of the necessary information for beginning the recommended regimen. This information includes, but is not limited to, description of the treatment, pre- and post- treatment protocols, risks and side effects, costs, and before and after examples. The consultation is designed to provide you with all of the information necessary for you to feel most comfortable in receiving the benefits of these treatments and skincare programs. If an area of concern is not treatable with the technology and therapies available at Advanced Dermatology, we will refer you to a qualified professional in that field.

To provide your 1 hour consultation, we have on staff Cosmetic Coordinators,  Meghan DaValle (since September of 2009), and Elizabeth Geitz, LE with assistance from Dr. Amy Forman Taub,  Associate Physician, Dr. Anne Marie Mahoney,  Dr. David Ian Rosen, Physician Assistants Emily Oehler, PA-C, Steven Prus, PA-C, and Ann Cameron Schieber, PA-C

There is a $100 fee for a 60 minute consultation.  This fee covers the initial consultation, before and after photo sessions, and your follow-up consultations to evaluate the degree of improvement.  Consultation fee will be applied towards cost of treatment (treatment must $350 or more) and used within 60 days.  Please understand that we will generally need to perform a full consultation before beginning any cosmetic treatment.  Patients who have been treated with botulinum toxin and injectable fillers in the past are seen for a shorter consulation time.
