Patient Service Representative

Lincolnshire and Glencoe

Are you upbeat, articulate, and professional? We are a nationally recognized high volume Cosmetic and General Dermatology practice with locations in Lincolnshire and Glencoe, Illinois, looking for a few good people to join our patient service department. This position is all about details and communication. The best candidates will have clear and happy voices and speak with confidence and comfort.

Our patients and clients are our #1 priority, and it will be your responsibility to be sure they feel that way. Are you up for the challenge?

Responsibilities

- Assist patients with check-in, check-out, and scheduling of appointments
- Assist with answering high volume phone calls and patient text messages
- Document and update patient records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, services, and protocols

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or call center
- Previous experience in medical office not required, but a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to work at Lincolnshire and Glencoe locations
- Our hours are: Monday-Thursday 730am-730pm and Friday and Saturday 730am-4pm
- Candidate must be able to work a combination of morning, mid or closing shifts as well as 2-3 Saturdays per month.

Medical Assistant

Lincolnshire and Glencoe

Join our dynamic and fast-paced practice where multitasking and strong decision-making skills are essential. This full-time position offers paid training and requires a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and Saturdays. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

- Phone triage
- Phlebotomy
- Handling lab specimens
- Assisting with surgical biopsies
- Assisting in non-invasive cosmetic procedures

Qualifications

- CNA, CMA, or dermatology experience (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in medical office not required, but a plus
- Ability to work at Lincolnshire and Glencoe locations
- Our hours are: Monday-Thursday 730am-730pm and Friday and Saturday 730am-4pm
