Who is a Candidate for UltraClear?

UltraClear is a state-of-the-art fiber laser system that resurfaces the skin with customizable energy levels. Treatment level is determined prior to treatment in a Cosmetic Consultation by one of our medical providers based on patients’ individual concerns. Treatment areas include face, neck, chest, hands, and localized areas.

UltraClear Treatment Options

Depending on your concerns and your available downtime, we can choose from several UltraClear® laser level options

1. 3D Miracle Glow

This is the lightest UltraClear® treatment, offering a gentle, brief-downtime polish for a luminous glow. It is ideal for mild sun damage, early aging, prevention, melasma or anyone seeking a fast refresh before an event.

2. Ultra

A step up in strength, Ultra delivers light to moderate rejuvenation. It helps improve skin tone, clarity, and early fine lines while still healing quickly. A higher tier of Ultra is more intensive and can be customized to treat more significant damage, even actinic keratoses (pre skin cancer).

3. UltraClear

The signature mode, designed for both textural and surface renewal. It reduces fine lines, acne scars, pores, and irregular texture while also brightening like Ultra. This treatment provides moderate resurfacing with about five- seven days of recovery, with some patients reporting faster, more comfortable healing than Fraxel® Dual.

4. Laser Coring

Exclusive to this device, it removes tissue for tightening and dramatic improvement in deep wrinkles or scars. Laser coring may be paired with Ultra or UltraClear for a full-suite result.

5. Fully Ablative Precision

This is the most intensive UltraClear treatment for severe wrinkles, advanced sun damage, and deeply textured skin. With seven to ten or more days of downtime, it provides transformative rejuvenation and the most dramatic results.

Before Treatment

During your Cosmetic Consultation, prior to treatment, your provider will perform a thorough evaluation of your skin type, specific concerns, and desired level of downtime. Based on this assessment, the most appropriate UltraClear protocol will be selected to safely and effectively achieve your goals.

During Treatment

Treatment sessions typically last between 10 and 40 minutes, depending on the depth and intensity of the selected protocol. Comfort measures such as cooling and topical numbing are used when appropriate to ensure a well-tolerated experience.

After Treatment

Recovery time varies by treatment level, ranging from little to no downtime with lighter options like 3D Miracle to approximately 10 or more days with deeper treatments such as Laser Coring. Common and expected post-treatment effects may include redness, swelling, and temporary skin flaking as the skin heals and renews.
